Some Faves Vol. 1

Just in case 58 different businesses to check out seems a little overwhelming to you, I thought I’d show you a few of my favorite things from a few of the partners of The Sparrow Fund.

Kate, the lady behind Between the Buttons, and her husband are the Young Life area directors in our area. I love her cute things. These green elephant pony tail holders may become Ashlyn’s summer go-to accessory–or maybe mine. They aren’t too cutesy for a mama to wear–and for only $5, they’re hard to resist.

Any Wisconsinians out there? Call up Gail from A Mother’s Art Photography. This picture–and so many more from her site–just take my breath away. 

Remember our love shack, our custom house pillow from Olive Handmade? You gotta go see all the other adorable pillows Fallon’s dreamed up. I love her postcard pillow (I’m totally going to order that one when I have the perfect message for it) and this pillow friend. Wouldn’t it be precious to have two made that look like my two girls?

Seriously, isn’t that photo just amazing? Nicole is a mom of 3–two homegrown and one from China–who who has vision both behind a lens and in front of it. She’s the heart behind Red Thread Sessions, a collaboration of photographers providing adoptive families with a free sitting to celebrate their new family. I’ve got one of these from Agape Love Boutique myself already, and I love it as do each of my children who have to touch it every time I wear it. They each picked out the pearl for themselves, each color special to them. And, I have 4 white pearls on the chain for the babies we lost. Ask your husband to order it for you with the kids’ help for Mother’s Day. Maybe they could order it on Sunday for a fun thing to do as family over breakfast all for you.
